Hand-Picked Peach: Week 20

December 18, 2015 by Erika

You're a Peach

Christmas is only a week away!  Since most of you probably already have your presents bought (if you haven't then you're running out of time for shipping!), I thought that I would take this week to share with you a tradition of sorts that we have started.

I love Christmas movies, especially the classics.  I bought a few one year and have started to add one Christmas movie to our collection every year since.  Honestly, its hard for me to only pick one!  There are still so many Christmas movies that I want, but I don't want to blow my Christmas budget on movies.

These movies are kept with our Christmas decor just like our Christmas books so it is always exciting to pull them out since it is like a special treat.

Here is a list of the movies that we have in our Christmas collection:

  • It's a Wonderful Life
  • Holiday Inn
  • White Christmas
  • Arthur Christmas
  • Mickey's Christmas Carol
  • Dr. Seuss' How the Grinch Stole Christmas

What about you?  What is your favorite Christmas movie?  Do you have any fun traditions you share with your family?

White Christmas always reminds me of time spent with my mom! Every year we get together and watch; it’s her absolute favorite.

Personally? My favorite is Home Alone… a different kind of holiday classic?

I haven’t watched Home Alone in forever! And I know that I’ll probably get a lot of flack, but I’m not a huge fan of Elf…?
