I love wine, and I'm secure enough in myself to say that I like sweet wine.  I know most wine connoisseurs will talk about their love of a dry red, but give me a moscato any day.  I also love fizz.  Everything is better with fizz...except maybe water.  I've never really liked Perrier.  Anyway...

Thanks to a friend, this past weekend I had the pleasure of trying Oliver Winery's new Bubblecraft wine.  It was scrummy! (I heard this term while watching The Great British Baking Show on PBS and have decided to try it out. What do you think?  Do I sound like a smart Englishwoman?) I tried both the red and white.  The white was probably my favorite of the two but I wouldn't turn down a glass of the red.
